Please help us welcome Janice Vasquez to the LCIS team. She boasts over twenty-years of insurance experience, working in outside sales, marketing, business development, management, and agency ownership, having recently relocated from Florida to California to pursue insurance related opportunities on the Pacific Coast.
Relationship building is a key factor in the growth of LCIS and is something we intend to promote to both our clients and sales producers moving forward. Janice’s role is to mentor and develop the members of the LCIS sales team in order that they can emphasize this approach with LCIS Members.
Janice has a CPSR and CPIA designation and has fulfilled many segments of the CPCU designation. She has a BS degree in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University and has attended Hodges University for post-graduate studies. In addition, she has completed three leadership courses and is an alumna of RAPB, NABOR and IPF leadership academies. She has served on many committees and has held board positions in organizations that focus on economic growth and stewardship.
When she is not focusing her time passionately building her insurance career, she spends her time with her children and enjoys outdoor activities like boating, hiking and golf. She also enjoys working in her local community to support children and military vets in need.
While Janice may have spent the majority of her life in Florida, her family is from the San Diego area, so welcome home, Janice…now it’s time to enjoy fulfilling your dream of living in Southern California!
