Dear Valued Customer,
The OSHA 300 log is part of a federal requirement concerning safety in the workplace. It is a form that must be filled out by employers with over (more than) 10 employees and displayed in a visible area. The log records all applicable injuries or illnesses that occur in the workplace.
The deadline for electronically reporting your OSHA Form 300A data for calendar year 2020 is coming up fast. You must post the summary using three Injury & Illness Recordkeeping Forms 300, 300A and 301, no later than February 1, 2021 including all the records you have logged in 2020, and keep the posting in place until April 3. The OSHA 300 log is not required for businesses in some types of industries. You’ll find the rules here.
There’s a partial exemption for employers with 10 or fewer employees, however, companies with over 10 employees are still required to maintain OSHA 300 logs and post their OSHA 300A form from February 1st to April 30th where required. Read on about this important OSHA requirement.
We appreciate your continued business and look forward to serving you.
Kind regards,
