Individual Open Enrollment: Individual/family Open enrollment (those that are not currently offered benefits through their employer) begins November 1 - January 31. Group Benefits and Special Enrollment Period Employer sponsored benefits for your staff: Special enrollment period for new groups will begin on November 15 – December 15.
